DUTIES:
Verify the list of training needs that adhere with workplace Skill Plan (WSP). Providing training of processing staff and Client Service Officers on procedures, processes and the relevant systems. Verify monthly statistics for sections within the Operations Division and Labour centres. Coordinate stakeholder communications (i.e. campaigns, briefing sessions) in the business unit and Labour centres. Provide administration services to the business unit.
