Senior Administrative Officer, Records Management (EDU)
- Job Type Full Time

Salary: R 413,001.00 per annum

Key Performance Areas
- Monitor the creation, maintenance, usage, scanning, replenishing and disposal of records.
- Monitor and maintain personnel files.
- Provide and maintain internal records management services.
- Monitor and attend to clients and register hand delivered mail/files.
Prerequisites
- NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA
- A qualification in Archives and Records Management / Information Science /Public Management or any related fields will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Records Management or related field.
- A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities.
Person Profile
- Essential skills will include the following: knowledge of filing systems (manual and computerized), document life cycle management (creation, storage, retrieval, disposal), archival procedures, and the relevant national archives and records management prescripts.
- Functional computer literacy: MS word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
