Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• B Degree / B Tech in Law / Auditing /
• Political Sciences / Business
• Administration / Management at NQF
• 7 with 360 Credits

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in Interpretation and analysis of statutes.
• Implementation of corporate governance principles, governance programs and compliance management framework. Negotiation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a Compliance and Governance function in the division.
• Develop and implement systems to uphold compliance and governance in the division.
• Conducting regular assessments on the Division's status of compliance on regulatory and legal requirements
• Ensure that consistent and transparent Governance is maintained
• Facilitate the negotiations and implementation of SLAs with service providers.
• Ensure proper identification and treatment of compliance risks.
