• Provides a Specialist and Professional Human Resources service with regards to Talent and Skills, employment equity, Organisational effectiveness, Leadership development, Employee Engagement, etc. for the Business unit or area.
• Provides professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes, and systems.
• Provides a generalist human resources service across the entire HR value chain.
• Project management and participation.
• Client relations and Specialist advice.
