Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct GAP analyses to identify improvement opportunities in existing systems.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and recommend system enhancements.
• Support the documentation of both existing and newly developed systems to ensure clear, structured, and comprehensive records.
• Provide support to users on existing system functionality and facilitate the adoption of new developments.
• Validate data flows and backend processes, review screen designs, and identify gaps while recommending practical improvements.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines while coordinating activities between business and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (preferred).  
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a similar role. Experience with SAP (highly beneficial).
