    Senior Channel Manager (Introducer Network) - Global

    About this role:

    • Our client's Global Sales team is hiring a Senior Channel Manager to develop, manage and nurture relationships with key introducers in our client’s CX business (Customer Experience). Introducers are an important source of inbound business for our client - through this new role, their client vision is to build a network

    Minimum requirements (Qualifications and Experience)

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on the Business field. A post-graduate management degree such as PDM or MBA is an advantage.
    • 5+ years' experience in enterprise sales and/or related experience.
    • Experience with preparing documents and presentations for RFIs/RFPs.
    • Previous experience in the CX industry is an advantage.
    • Preferred – demonstrated previous experience in managing a revenue-generating partnership network.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create an introducer network by identifying relevant introducers, brokers, and influencers vendors in the CX landscape.
    • Negotiating and secure commercial agreements with this network.
    • Establish our client’s credibility as a trusted provider of outsourced CX services with technology partners and build trusted relationships so that our client becomes a top tier recommendation amongst our introducer networks.
    • Work alongside the global sales team on opportunities referred to the client by the introducer network to ensure partner relationships are maintained and improved through the sales process.
    • Manage partner revenue share and incentive programs to ensure payments are made on time and in adherence to commercial terms established with the introducer network.
