    Accounts Payable Administrator

    Position Purpose

    Responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all shared accounts payable mailboxes
    • Manage approval workflow for Vendor Invoice Management. (Invoice authorization)
    • Process 3rd party account payable invoices.
    • Prepare and administrate regular payment runs (SAP and HSBC).
    • Post & reconcile all payments processed (SAP and HSBC)
    • Prepare monthly vendor age analysis.
    • Prepare & reconcile the 3rd party vendors’ age analysis to 3rd party vendor statements.
    • Prepare, Reconcile and Post Petty Cash & Company Credit Card Expenses
    • Verify discrepancies on vendor, Petty Cash & Credit Card reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
    • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
    • Assist the financial accountant and finance manager in ad-hoc tasks that may arise.
    • Provide supporting documentation and GL downloads for auditing purposes.
    • Prepare all new vendor & employee SAP take-on forms with correct authorization sign-off.
    • Prepare & perform vendor master data on SAP and file vendor application forms.

    • Previous experience gained within International FMCG environment advantageous
    • Strong MS (Outlook, Excel, Word) skills
    • SAP experience considered to be a distinctive advantage
    • An understanding of basic double entry accountancy is advantageous

    Store Manager (V&A Waterfront Boutique)

    Position Purpose

    To uphold the integrity and promote the image of Lindt by managing day-to-day operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique.  To work closely with the staff members, Retail Manager, personnel and appropriate corporate contacts resulting in the aggressive growth and development of the Lindt Brand.

    Chocolate Advisor Position - Third Key Holder (Midlands Boutique)

    Position Purpose

    The Key Holder is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty or unavailable on the floor.  The Key Holder will supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and all operational functions in the absence of store management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Demonstrates leadership amongst peers by demonstrating personal customer service and selling skills, participating and being fully engaged with the team
    • Supervise employees to complete tasks and achieve goals in the absence of Store Management
    • Manage shop floor and drive sales by addressing customer concerns, motivating and training employees
    • Ensure that merchandising is as per LINDT standards, daily stock replenishment takes place, marketing communication is in order, store cleanliness is as per LINDT standards, all operational tasks completed
    • Open and close the store following proper procedures documented in the opening and closing checklist
