    Senior Clerk HR Administration, Recruitment & Selection and Benefits X2

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 and a higher certificate in Human Resources
    • 2 - 5 years’ experience
    • Computer Literacy, MS Office
    • Attention to Detail
    • Ability to deal with Confidential Information

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    •  Provision of general administrative support services for the Human Resource Section
    •  Assist with Recruitment and Selection services
    •  Assist with administration services relating to new appointments and terminations
    •  Administration and coordination of all leave
    •  Provide a comprehensive administrative and personnel support service to the employees with regard to benefit administration
    •  Maintain a database of unemployed people with in the greater Knysna area to enable employment in casual jobs at the Municipality
    •  Provision of a reception service to the Human Resource Office
    •  The maintenance of the Human Resource Record keeping system and compiling reports
