    Senior Core Solution Engineer

    General Purpose

    Nokia seek to recruit Core engineers with very good knowledge and competence IMS technology to support in IMS deployment and offer onsite support.

    Main Responsibility Area

    • Deployment and onsite technical support of Nokia IMS platform
    • Integration of IMS nodes to other core network elements
    • Troubleshooting and fault resolution
    • Performing the operational daily tasks assigned and agreed upon.
    • Perform daily system heath check together with daily performance stats.
    • Following trouble tickets are opened and closing them within set SLA.
    • Provide the required support to NoC team in order to monitor the system and assure the optimum performance.


    Position Requirements And Competencies
    Competences

    • Wireless Mobility Network Experience Domain knowledge required
    • Packet Analysis for VoLTE (or VOIP) Protocols Wireless domain of LTE, 3G, 3G+PacketCore, /UMTS/LTE
    • LTE, UMTS and GSM/GPRS Call flows
    • Very good understanding of IMS network topology & various interfaces
    • Understanding of call processes between End to End system testing
    • Configuration, Feature Testing, Troubleshooting
