    Senior Debtors Clerk

    • MacRobert Attorneys is looking for an Senior Debtors Clerk in the Accounts (Finance) Department of our Pretoria Branch.

    Requirements 

    • Finance degree/qualification 
    • 5+ years experience required 
    • Experience using various accounting systems 
    • Ability to work with high volumes and large debtors
    • Advanced Excel 

    Duties: 

    • Oversee the running of statements
    • Client age analysis
    • Perform corrects are required
    • Obtain information to identify deposits 
    • Liaise with firm Secretaries regarding monies received, allocation of receipts/deposits 
    • Verification of supporting documentation for payments 
    • Releasing of payments if/when required
