Senior DevOps Engineer at Turfsport

About the job:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our ranks on a full-time basis.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will be involved in commissioning systems for- and with the development teams. The primary focus is on innovation, optimisation, and standardization of any and all systems used by Turfsport. This includes AWS infrastructure, local virtual environments, Azure domains, and any future environments that the company may pivot into.

Responsibilities:

• Building and checking monitoring tools and scripts

• Onboarding new clients

• Deploying system and software upgrades

• Optimising hosting environments

• Scripting

• Support Development and Support teams

Requirements

• Computer Science degree or higher

• 4+ years experience with working with and managing kubernetes

• 4+ years of experience working with docker

• experience with Terraform

• experience with Python3 and bash

• experience managing CI/CD servers and build pipelines

• 4+ years of experience building monitoring and alerting in prometheus and grafana and/or Datadog

• hardworking and good work ethic

• willing and able to do deployments at night and support after hours/weekends
