    Senior Digital Measurement Specialist

    Key Performance Objectives

    Data & Measurement strategy, implementation, and management.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive measurement plans for digital marketing initiatives, in alignment with the digital marketing team.
    • Lead the adoption of the existing measurement framework.
    • Partner with measurement teams from leading media vendors such as google and meta, to constantly improve and adapt measurement strategy based on their recommendation.
    • Play a key role in the planning, implementation and interpretation of incrementality studies e.g. conversion lift, brand lift studies.
    • Be a trusted partner in sourcing and sharing market and competitor intelligence insights from a digital marketing perspective.
    • Champion digital marketing data and measurement standards and best practices governance).
    • Collaborate with product and business performance analytics team in the linking of digital and mother marketing efforts to overall business performance.
    • Own marketing analytics and media tag implementation and management processes across web and app assists. This includes thoroughly capturing business requirements and briefing development teams e.g. on building data element / data layer variables.
    • Lead the implementation and utilisation / adoption of analytics suites - mainly Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
    • Lead the implementation of server-to-server measurement techniques in line with Google’s plans to sunset third-party cookies.
    • Set-up, manage, and drive the adoption of automated dashboards on – mostly on Looker Studio.
    • On-going monitoring & management of consent management platform e.g. One Trust

    Stakeholder Relations

    • Work closely with data engineering team in building and maintaining the data pipelines that feed reporting suite / automated dashboards.
    • Establish and monitor healthy, diverse internal and external relations and implement remedial actions where required, in the achievement of organisational goals.
    • Create executive buy in and trust for digital marketing reporting.
    • Oversee data and measurement relationship with external agencies, internal teams, group projects and consultants.
    • Run data and measurement knowledge sharing sessions within the business.

    Reporting

    • Provide timely and accurate updates, ensuring deliverables are aligned and with business and management requirements for specific projects.
    • Report on status, risk and timelines regarding projects to provide visibility and line of sight.
    • Design and build custom dashboards that provide real-time insights into campaign performance and overall digital marketing health.
    • Regularly create reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (website, social media, email, etc.). This includes metrics like clicks, impressions, conversions, and ROI.

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • Degree in Science/Mathematics/Engineering/Data Science/Data Analysis/Marketing/Digital Marketing

    Advantageous

    • Post Graduate qualification in Engineering/Data Science/Business Management/Marketing]/Digital Marketing

    Experience

    • 5-8 years in digital marketing analytics or engineering field working with large data sets
    • Solid tag management experience, working with tools such Adobe launch and Google tag manager - A MUST.
    • Good understanding of analytics related coding languages, JavaScript, SQL, Python to effectively liaise with dev teams.
    • Proficiency in GA4 and Adobe Analytics implementation and utilisation – GA4 / Adobe Analytics certification important.
    • Experience in implementing server to server integrations between CDP, CRM and Analytics suites / properties.
    • Understanding of common integrations across the Adobe Experience Cloud and the Google Marketing Ecosystems.
    • Experience working with data warehouses/large databases – especially Google Cloud’s Big Query - would be advantageous.
    • Experience in data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio [key], as well as others such as tableau and PowerBI.
    • Mobile Measurement Partner experience would be advantageous e.g. Platforms such Kochava, AppsFlyer, Adjust.
    • Comfortable presenting and sharing actionable insights at key internal / functional alignment sessions.
