Objectives of Role

• Analyse existing business processes for digital improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear business requirements for digital projects.
• Lead selection and implementation of digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Utilise data analysis to provide insights and optimize digital processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

• 5 – 8 years proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools.
