Our client, a multinational leader in the engineering industry is on the search for a Senior Finance Control Manager.
The role is based in Boksburg and has the following responsibilities:

• Ensure all financial statements are accurate and comply with IFRS and group financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain best practices in financial reporting, financial analysis and compliance.
• Financial forecasting
• Improvement of working capital management and the maximisation of cash flow.
• Leading and monitoring the treasury, banking and tax financial functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bcom accounting or similar
• 8 to 10 years' financial experience in a Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing or Automotive OEM company
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in a senior management position
• International experience will be advantageous
