• A pivotal opportunity exists for a dynamic and technically skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead the reporting and treasury functions of a prominent player in the manufacturing sector. 
• You will be a South African citizen and a qualified CA(SA), with at least eight years’ post-qualification experience, including at least five years in a senior finance role within manufacturing. 
• Strong exposure to treasury management, financial and management reporting, commercial modelling, and systems development is essential. This role demands a strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills, a deep understanding of funding mechanisms, and strong business acumen. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills and proficiency in advanced Excel and large ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, SYSPRO) are vital. You must thrive under pressure, delivering high-quality insights and recommendations that influence operational efficiency and long-term profitability. Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring is critical to success in this fast-paced, high-impact role.
• Responsibilities include overseeing financial forecasting, board reporting, covenant analysis, and cash flow optimisation, while partnering across departments to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will lead system automation, support scenario modelling for funding opportunities, and meet regulatory and compliance obligations.
