    Senior IT Technician

    • An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Senior IT Technician to join a fast-paced, innovation-led IT team.
    • You will ensure IT service continuity, network optimisation, system security, and user support across both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
    • Reporting to the IT Manager, this position requires hands-on experience across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and user support.
    • This is a key senior role for a confident problem-solver with strong root cause analysis skills and a track record of delivering against SLA-driven support objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree or Diploma in Information Systems / IT OR Microsoft Certified (Azure/Windows Server/365 Admin)
    • 4–6 years’ experience in a senior IT support or infrastructure technician role (essential)
    • Strong TCP/IP, desktop, server, and network troubleshooting experience
    • Experience with firewalls, hypervisors, managed switches, and PABX systems

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Apps, and Windows Server
    • Familiarity with RMM tools, backups, updates, and endpoint security
    • Server storage and LAN/WAN maintenance
    • SLA-based support delivery with prioritisation of critical tickets

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Excellent root cause analysis and fault resolution skills
    • Strong documentation, procedural, and policy compliance orientation
    • Effective communicator with a service mindset and ability to train end-users
