Senior Labour Relations Practitioner: Case Managemen and Compliance Support at Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• National Diploma (NQF6) in Labour Relations or relevant qualification as recognized by SAQA. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in case and compliance management or relevant field. PERSAL introduction certificate.

Duties

• Manage and track all Labour Relations cases. Develop and maintain the Labour Relations case management system. Screening of all received cases. Document preparation and distribution of case documents. Receive complaints and liaise with relevant stakeholders. Facilitate and manage Labour Relations inquiries. Provide administration and management reporting compliance.
• Work collaboratively with case workers to ensure efficient document management. Perform analysis on relevant metrics as defined by Management and prepare compliance monthly/quarterly/annual reports. Ensure that all grievance, misconduct and dispute cases are captured on PERSAL. Facilitate the implementation of grievance rules and procedures.
