    Senior Legal Counsel

    • Lexdan Select is assisting a manufacturing business in Johannesburg with their search for an in-house legal counsel.
    • The role is office based.

    The Senior Legal Counsel must:

    • have a minimum of 5 years experience in working with commercial contracts
    • able to negotiate/draft relevant agreements
    • compliance and regulatory experience
    • advise internal divisions on relevant areas of law
    • engage external stakeholders
    • liaise with external counsel

    Requirements:

    • LLB degree
    • minimum 5 years post articles experience as a commercial lawyer
    • in-house experience is a prerequisite
