• Advance Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing at a NQF 7 level with 360 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

• 10 Years extensive experience in customer service or customer management

• Identify new business opportunities.

• Accountable for segment performance monitoring and reporting.
• Manage and optimise the section infrastructure and resources.
