    Senior Manager, Marketing

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the development and implementation of the Marketing and Communication strategy and plans which deliver results to Group Investments, the specific Investment solutions being offered by the Group, partnership and platform developments and the distribution strategy and models being developed.
    • The role also needs to manage and execute marketing and communications campaigns and projects.

    Qualifications

    • Type of Qualification: Honours Degree
    • Field of Study: Business Commerce, Marketing

    Experience Required

    Integrated Marketing

    • Brand & Marketing
    • Minimum of 7 years experience
    • Experience with a broad ambit of marketing activities, including media management, event, sponsorships and communications. Experience using data and metrics to inform campaigns and measure performance.
    • Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives in a multi-product, multi-client context, across multiple locations.
    • Familiarity with the respective financial services industry segments, Investments and/or Asset Management experience would be advantageous
    • Understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Experience in managing marketing projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop / review of marketing and communication strategies, policies and plans for relevant portfolio
    • Drive effective Project Management of Marketing related projects for the Business
    • Commission Marketing research and competitive intelligence
    • Ensure that risk and compliance requirements are met
    • Ensure effective and efficient stakeholder relations
    • Manage Marketing & Communication Initiatives
