Requirements

• Organisational Development offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist.
• An Organisational Psychology degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years Professional organisational
• A valid drivers’ licence is preferred.

Key Performance Areas

• Implement processes, interventions, systems and programmes to deliver the People Strategy and strategic business priorities
• Utilising a variety of Organisational Development, People Management and change management methodologies and best practice approaches to deliver on key functions.
• Manage development projects
• Influence and implement strategically aligned business processes and practices for sustainable organisational effectiveness.
• Contribute to and support the specialist areas of change management; organisational behaviour; people management; and leadership development.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively identify gaps and needs to address the effectiveness of people management, change leadership and organisational behaviour initiatives.
• Collate and present business reports that highlight the progress/possibilities for further growth and development as well as value-add.
