Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers to foster a positive work environment.
Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Collaborate with the People Partner Manager to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and development.
Assist in the rollout of HR programs related to performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Ensure these programs are effectively communicated and executed.
Work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand and address talent needs. Provide strategic advice and support on workforce planning and HR issues.
Analyze HR metrics and data to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvements.
Contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support the development and implementation of HR best practices to maintain high standards.
Assist the People Partner Manager in managing and executing HR projects, such as system upgrades and process improvements. Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for all levels of managers and employees on HR processes, policies, and governance to enhance their understanding.
Research technological, legislative, compliance and governance developments to keep abreast of requirements/changes and to provide insights regarding how it impacts the group. Ensure understanding and adoption of technology “best-in-class” HR practices.
Key Qualifications:
5 years of progressive experience in business partnering, Talent Acquisition, and/or employee relations
Recognized as a seasoned expert, often consulted for intricate problem-solving, and actively involved in shaping projects and teams and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in HR or related field is preferred.
