    Senior Manager: People Technology & Services

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for People Services that integrates people technology and shared services, supporting the overall objectives of the HR department and the organisation.​
    • Collaborate with the wider people team and broader business teams to create a seamless and integrated experience for employees and business stakeholders.​
    • Drive the integration and implementation of people technological solutions, conducting research on new tools to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.​
    • Design and execute a self-service model for HR services, enabling employees and managers to access resources and support independently and efficiently.​
    • Ensure all people technology and shared services practices comply with legal, regulatory and governance requirements, as well as industry best practices.​
    • Ensure that people data is consistently integrated into all business tools and processes, so that all systems reflect the same data as the people systems.​
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities within HR functions to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance service delivery.
    • Manage team budget to align with strategy, ensuring financial feasibility across projects. Contribute to the development of departmental budget.​
    • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess the financial impact of people technology and services, while planning for future needs, optimizing vendor costs, measuring ROI, and managing financial risks to align with organizational goals and enhance overall business performance.
    • Lead and drive a team of managers (first line) and/or specialists with a focus on strategy delivery by setting clear direction and transparent expectations, to exhibit the culture and values of the business and achieve / exceed performance measures.
    • Research technological, legislative, compliance and governance developments to keep abreast of requirements/changes and to provide insights regarding how it impacts the group. Ensure understanding and adoption of technology “best-in-class” HR practices.

    Skills and Experience

    Key Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 8 years experience in People Technology, People Services or a related field and at least 3 - 5 years in a Leadership role.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Understanding of business domain, business strategy and long-term objectives.
    • Understanding of People Strategy.

    Manager: People Shared Service Centre

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the delivery of HR services, including benefits administration, employee data management, and HR inquiries. Ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Analyze and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of service. Implement best practices and ensure consistent application across the Shared Services Centre.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience, ensuring that HR services meet the needs of employees and contribute to overall satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor and report on key performance metrics and service levels to identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with HR business partners, line managers, and other stakeholders to address service issues, provide insights, and support HR initiatives.
    • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as system implementations, process improvements, and policy updates. Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure successful delivery.

    Skills and Experience

    Key Qualifications and Experience:

    • 8 Years experience in a senior HR role in Shared Services or similar role.

    Senior People Partner

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers to foster a positive work environment.
    • Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Collaborate with the People Partner Manager to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and development.
    • Assist in the rollout of HR programs related to performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Ensure these programs are effectively communicated and executed.
    • Work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand and address talent needs. Provide strategic advice and support on workforce planning and HR issues.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvements.
    • Contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the organization. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
    • Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support the development and implementation of HR best practices to maintain high standards.
    • Assist the People Partner Manager in managing and executing HR projects, such as system upgrades and process improvements. Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion 
    • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for all levels of managers and employees on HR processes, policies, and governance to enhance their understanding.
    • Research technological, legislative, compliance and governance developments to keep abreast of requirements/changes and to provide insights regarding how it impacts the group. Ensure understanding and adoption of technology “best-in-class” HR practices.

    Key Qualifications: 

    • 5 years of progressive experience in business partnering, Talent Acquisition, and/or employee relations
    • Recognized as a seasoned expert, often consulted for intricate problem-solving, and actively involved in shaping projects and teams and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in HR or related field is preferred.
