Grade 12 plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management /Human Resource Development / Public Management/Administration or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
Minimum of 02 years’ experience in Human Resource Services environment. PERSAL Certificate/Results.
DUTIES :
Provide human resource provisioning. Provide conditions of service. Provide human resource planning.
Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.
