Senior Personnel Practitioner: People Development at Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness

Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):

• Good planning, people management and organisational skills. Sound problem analysis. Computer literacy (MS Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Ability to function as a team player and independently with or without supervision. Ability to function under stressful environment and cope with a heavy workload. Project management knowledge and capabilities. Appropriate planning and administration skills. In depth understanding, knowledge and extensive appropriate experience within People Development and Training. Appropriate knowledge of the policies, guidelines and legal framework that regulates People Development and Training practices.

Experience:

• Appropriate experience in People Development. Appropriate experience in Training.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Appropriate Three-year National Diploma or Degree.
