key Performance Areas

• Provide administrative support on the development of recruitment plan. 
• Provide recruitment and selection processes.
• Provide transfers and translations. 
• Facilitate packages for SMS and MMS restructured. 
• Supervise subordinates and utilise resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.

Prerequisites

• Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Management/ Administration or relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
• PERSAL training Certificates/ Results. 
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in HRM environment

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 

• Sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service i.e. Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, Public Finance Management Act.
