    Senior PPC Specialist

    • In this role, the PPC specialist will play a key role in driving Mama Money's digital marketing efforts and growth.

    As our Senior PPC Specialist, you will:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to support our growth goals, focused on maximizing ROI.
    • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple search engines, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, Apple Search Ads, and others.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign structuring to improve campaign performance.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
    • Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure our campaigns are ahead of the curve.
    • Implement, monitor and optimise all digital paid media campaigns
    • Support with lead management deriving from paid digital campaigns.

    In your first 90 days at Mama Money, you will:

    • Conduct a thorough audit of our existing PPC campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
    • Getting to know the product, customer UX and pain points.
    • Develop a new PPC campaign structure and strategy to support our growth goals, focused on driving new user acquisition and increasing conversion rates.
    • Collaborate closely with an external agency to understand the campaign strategy and structure.

    About you:

    • 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, with a proven track record of driving performance and ROI.
    • Expertise in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform campaign decisions and measure success.
    • Experience using the Google suite of digital marketing services such as Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
    • Understanding of how to implement Facebook Pixel
    • Experience using tools such as SEMRush or SimilarWeb for competitor analysis, keyword research, traffic analysis, and backlink strategy to inform overall digital marketing tactics.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • You have experience using MMP tools such as Adjust.
    • You have experience using BI tools such as Tableau.
    • You are very hands-on and implementation orientated with an organised and structured approach to the execution of campaigns.

    It would be a bonus if:

    • You have worked in a similar type of company or industry (B2C), such as a fintech, FMCG or retail, telecommunications, or financial services.
    • You have basic SQL knowledge and have the ability to extract and query databases in order to build audiences for precise targeting.
    • Strong content writing skills and understanding of localising content for a diverse customer base with multiple nationalities. Assistance will be provided from the broader who have a deep understanding of our different customer segments from a cultural perspective.
