Senior Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager - Rola Ford Overberg Region at Rola Motor Group

Job Advert Summary    

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Pre-owned Sales Manager to join our Ford team. The Manager will be responsible for leading the pre-owned sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola Ford Brand.

The successful candidate will oversee 3 Ford branches based in Hermanus, Caledon & Bredasdorp, and would ideally be resident locally in the Overberg region.

Minimum Requirements    

• Min Grade 12
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management
• Proven Networker
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
• High attention to detail. Organised & structured
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
• Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
• Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Plan and implement sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
• Develop and implement Marketing Initiatives
• Manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Manage Finances, administration and reporting of your department
• Conduct resource planning and development
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve objectives
• Adhere to Dealer and Company Standards
