Senior Pre-Sales Consultant at Kerridge Commercial Systems South Africa

This is a role to support the automotive sales team in North America.  This sales team has operated with no pre-sales support role in the North American VAST / VAST Online sales team.  The VAST Online product is a main growth product for North America. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining demonstration system platforms, software upgrades, creating demonstration scenarios.
• Meeting with sales prospects and preforming discovery of the prospects needs.
• Travel across North America is a requirement
• Creation of videos and live demonstrations for sales prospects and internal teams.
• Identifying product gaps related to sales prospect requirements and communicating to internal product management.
• Participating at trade shows and other group events representing KCS and our automotive products in live senarios. 

Key Requirements:

Essential

• Extensive experience in a customer-focused role in a service orientated environment
• Comfortable presenting to groups of various size
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket service and tire distribution industries
• Experience / knowledge of business processes such as Sales Order Processing, purchasing, inventory management and general accounting
• Using various technologies such as MS Teams meetings, SQL, database management
• Knowledge of MS Hosting technologies such as Azure
