Senior Product Manager at Best10

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager focusing on our web and mobile applications, you will drive the ongoing enhancements and improvement to these applications, and be responsible for defining and delivering platform features that contribute to the growth and retention of subscribers to Best10’s services. You will work collaboratively across marketing, design, engineering and content teams  to define and build product features for our subscribed clients.

Your Role:

• Through research and data analyses, understand the needs of our customers and convert into a world class product vision, strategy and roadmap.

• Prioritise product features and enhancements that will have the biggest impact on our customers.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

• Handle the end-to-end process for launching new products and features through project management, defining processes and sprint management.

• Understand the priorities of the operations teams and proactively develop improvements which would optimise processes.

• Attend all agile and scrum meetings to ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap.

• Provide clarity and leadership that inspire our tech partners, internal teams and be the "go to" person for all stakeholders when it comes to Best10 apps.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of product management experience working in a service product business.

2. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

3. Empathetic thinker; you always think customer first

4. Shipped at least one or multiple successful service products in your career.

5. Experience working in startups

6. Experience in the health and fitness space
