Senior Product Support Operations Representative at Caterpillar Inc.

Role Definition 

• Provides support for dealer specific product or service development.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes development activities with dealers and accesses resources to support.
• Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth.
• Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.

Background/Experience:

• Preferably Engineering background or equivalent experience in field service
• Proven experience in field service assignments (10+ years) with proven track record and has demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.
• Knowledge in dealer and/or customer market needs
• Experience in process improvement, marketplace competitive analysis.
• Experience in parts and services.
• Strong Program and project management experience.
• Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
• Change management and influencing skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Travel more than 50%
• On-Site 5 days a week
