Experience in implementing automated fare collection systems, advanced public transport management systems or similar technologies

Key Performance Areas
Lead the Automated Fare Collection and Advanced Passenger Transport Management System implementation, maintenance and improvements in support of MyCiti services
Lead the infrastructure technical specification process in line with business requirements and implementation testing
Plan and direct the activities of team leads and specialists working with stakeholders in defining their requirements and designing and implementing solutions
Project management and contract management Stakeholder relationship management
Ensure governance, compliance and best practice in systems and processes and implementation of relevant policies
Identify and implement solutions for cost savings and loss prevention
Provide comment on the applicable public transport tariff where required and managing the implementation of the annual public transport tariff adjustment
Provide financial management, control and monitoring of the capital and operating budgets
Management of staff and ensure the team is motivated and productive.
