Senior Professional Officer - Office of the HRBP

- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Requirements
- A relevant B- Tech or First Degree in Human resources or related field
- 8 years’ relevant experience within H.R. of which 5 years should be within the talent management environment
- Computer Literacy
- Valid Code 8 License
Key Performance Areas
- To develop, guide and advise branches / departments in the planning & implementation of people management strategies, functions & activities.
- Implement the talent attraction, retention and development strategies
- To develop & implement strategic workforce plans
- Coordinate & implement training & development programmes & interventions related to Workforce plans & WSP.
- Monitor, support, evaluate & report on the implementation of IPM
- To assess, align & implement organisational design interventions
- Coordinate organisational development initiatives
- Develop & Implement EE & diversity initiatives.
- Manage employee relations in the departments
- Support the Implementation of employee wellness interventions
- Engage with the relevant internal & external stakeholders
