Requirements

• Relevant three (3) year Tertiary Qualification
• Five (5) years’ relevant experience
• Supervisory experience and proven skills in general administration
• Experience in working or partnering with international organisations
• Experience in planning, implementing and managing projects
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer Literacy
• Driver’s License (Code B or EB)
• No criminal record

Key Performance Areas

• Responsible for IDP-aligned projects related to Operational Support.
• Develop and maintain the Directorate’s international partnerships.
• Leading the development and implementation of projects arising from international partnerships.
• Coordinating the Rewards for Information Programme.
• Ensuring compliance of SOP’s and policies.
• Conducting comprehensive research, analyse diverse data sources, and interpret findings.
• Manages training and skills development and the transfer of skills and knowledge.
