We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with the ability to collaborate across all levels and multiple teams, to deliver projects and drive the PM competency within the Games Portfolio team.
Ensuring that we deliver on business objectives in the recommended timeframe & cost and with the appropriate quality is a key responsibility.
You will be challenged every day with the variety projects that enter this space, engaging and communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders. The analysis of what the business needs to deliver successfully on projects is something that will require your attention every day with a key focus on risks and issues.
Planning the approach to your project will need to be clearly defined on how you will deliver project objectives within the defined timeframes and delivering this in an agile and well thought out manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Have the ability to manage multiple end-to-end delivery of medium to large sized projects with medium to high complexity
Have the ability to plan and define the approach and delivery of the project and monitor and track this delivery through the SDLC and lifetime of the project(initiation and planning)
Understanding and delivering on the requirements from stakeholders across various levels of the organization, engage professionally with a diverse number of stakeholders (IT and Business).
Implement the business processes and their associated changes across the organisation and be able to measure whether the benefits of the project materialised.
Manage the scope, cost, quality and time of the project with key focus on dependencies, risks and issues.
Continuously look for process efficiencies and optimizations and implement these across the team and business area (continuous improvement)
Provide a mentoring and coaching role to other project managers and people within Portfolio and the organisation
