The Senior Regional Sales Manager will have the following job responsibilities:

• In charge of leading, managing, and coordinating matting country marketing operations.
• In charge of converting marketing initiatives into localised, quantifiable, and actionable sales plans.
• Ensure active market knowledge across the offering portfolio with an emphasis on early recognition.
• trends in the market.
• Using effective field-based tactical marketing initiatives, enable nation marketing units to serve as sales enablers.of business mating, counselling on bids, and assistance with pricing.
• Control the sales of the business's goods and services inside a specific geographic region.
• Make sure that sales revenues are consistently growing profitably through effective planning and plan implementation.
• Identify goals, tactics, and action plans to boost earnings and sales over the short- and long-term

The successful incumbent within the Senior Regional Sales Manager must meet the following requirements:

• At least 7 years professional experience in a comparable field of responsibility oriented to international sales and/or marketing
• Experience in project management and/or project leadership
• Profession experience in the field of medical technology would be an advantage
