    Senior Specialists for Campaign Development

    Role Purpose

    The Senior Specialists for Campaign Development and Capability Enhancement is responsible for the end to end execution, control and measurement of end-to-end VodaPay base lifecycle management campaigns & treatments using the multi-step, multi-channel CVM direct marketing infrastructure & channels.

    Your responsibilities will include

    • Review campaign briefs or change requests and build required logic.
    • Single point of contact towards execution channels including the design, timing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
    • Detailed feasibility on all VodaPay base treatment campaigns, programs and lifecycle activities
    • Coordinate and implement commercial campaigns and promotions for VodaPay; deliver what is promised: on time, budget & SLAs
    • Detailed campaign execution design
    • Perform logic and workflow testing, quality assurance and business simulation.
    • Ongoing campaign problem management
    • Delivery of campaign selection lists and campaign reporting and evaluation, against clearly defined and agreed campaign KPIs
    • Maintain availability of core systems by understanding current capability limitations and initiating projects and actions to minimise downtime and prevent systems constraints creating negative commercial impact

    The ideal candidate for this role will have

    • Direct Campaign Management Principles (essential) 
    • Telecommunication Industry (advantageous)
    • 3 year IT qualification (preferred)
    • Significant knowledge of customer driven marketing techniques and  processes
    • Experience of direct marketing principles & systems – campaign management tools
    • Expert in campaign management systems, optimisation technology and process
    • A minimum 5 - 8 years campaign development experience.
    • In-depth systems and IT implementation experience
