Job Purpose
To perform various administrative tasks associated with the undertaking of store/stock, clerical and control functions. 

Key Responsibility Areas

• Executes specific applications associated with controlling the receipt, storage and issue of
• stock and non-stock items.
• Performs administrative tasks/duties i.e. maintaining records of transactions, stock levels 
• and related records and files.
• Audits and enters inventory information on computer, maintains and monitors 
• computerised records on purchase orders, items received, backorders prices and reconciled 
• invoices.
• Performs periodic physical inventory and participates in annual inventory.
• Independently maintains a satellite warehouse or store facility under minimum supervision.
• Operates a light truck to pick up and deliver parts and supplies, and performs routine
• maintenance on assigned tools, equipment and vehicles.
• Ensures the security of the Stores area and stock therein.

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 2 Years relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Supply Chain Management Accounting or equivalent.
• 3 years relevant experience.
