    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Role responsibilities

    • Create, and maintain talent acquisition strategies including social media campaigns to attract and secure high performing talent in the African and Middle East markets to support our business growth.
    • Own the full talent acquisition cycle with strong systems and process experience ensuring governance and compliance of the talent acquisition policy and procedures.
    • Develop and implement improved procedures and processes that will further enhance team innovative efficiencies and develop strategic growth in the team, including but not limited to sourcing, assessing, team structure, key performance indicator’s, and stakeholders’ engagement.
    • Proactively build and apply strategic sourcing plans and practices to create pipeline and secure talent requirements and build on systems talent pools.
    • Strong market networks and social media presence and experience.
    • Operate confidently and strategically with a great “can do” attitude influenced by “fit for future”.
    • Action resource planning meetings with recruiting managers and implement initiatives to assist in the strategic aim of successfully developing a strong talent pipeline while reducing Zutari’s cost to hire and reducing dependency on talent acquisition.
    • Designing and Implementing training material to upskill sourcing capabilities within the recruitment team.
    • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at Zutari.

    Minimum requirements

    • Human resources qualification, and/or relevant experience in professional services or engineering consulting services.
    • Minimum of 6 years relevant talent acquisition experience in professional services, or engineering consulting services.
    • Strong relationship builder with ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders.
    • Professional, confident communication, and approach to drive strategic business partnering.
    • Strong administration and planning skills
    • Live by the Zutari codes, ensuring compliance and driving transformation; and hiring Manager coaching and upskilling experience.
