Senior Talent Advisor - Randburg at Rockwell Automation

• As a Talent Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers in our Sales & Marketing organisation to identify and recruit exceptional talent into our business across the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. 
• You will work within a supportive, multi-cultural, multi-discipline Talent Acquisition team to manage the end-to end recruitment process, from reviewing, adjusting and posting approved positions, to negotiating and managing the offer process with final candidates.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and can be located in Johannesburg, South Africa or Milton Keynes, UK.

What you will do

• Provide talent market insights to hiring managers, and guide the recruitment strategy for identified positions
• Source, screen and present top candidates for the various Commercially focused role across the EMEA region
• Network and maintain a strong pipeline of top talent from the industry
• Manage offer negotiation activities and finalisation

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, and talent selection
• Ideal candidate will have a combination of third party agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience
• Preferred: ​Recruiting experience at a senior level within the Industrial Automation, Software Development and/or Services environments, with specific focus on industries such as Life Science, CPG, Heavy Industries, Cyber Security
