    Senior Technical Support Analyst

    The Role

As the HR & Office Administrator you will wear many different hats and help run our office and HR admin. You will report into the HR & Recruitment Manager and help support and uphold the HR processes and procedures and help set up and run a bigger office.     Key HR Tasks:

    • Manage queries and admin of personnel leave, maternity/paternity leave, disciplinary enquiries and payroll administration
    • Support admin across the recruitment, L&D and training initiatives
    • Organise and maintain personnel records 
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, benefits and offer letters, notify of changes to compensations and benefits or contract changes
    • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Build and maintain HR processes 
    • Take minutes in team meetings

    Key Admin Tasks:

    • Manage booking travel, hotels, flights and transportation worldwide, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations 
    • Expenses from the use of the Directors company cards
    • Complete daily checks and manage checklists to ensure Office is clean, tidy and has no maintenance issues
    • Arrange repairs as required managing quotes and checking invoices
    • Manage cleaners, designers, decorators
    • Manage reception of visitors to Office completing daily Covid checks and being the main Covid Marshall
    • Fire Equipment, H&S and Alarm testing
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, book appropriate resources, rooms and catering as necessary
    • Provide administrative and logistical support 
    • Support the BEE admin around training and supplier invoices
    • Reception duties including telephone answering, door, couriers etc
    • Order stationary, consumables, gifts and canteen supplies

    Must Have's: Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • HR Degree or National Qualification (N4-6)
    • Strong understanding of and able to explain and uphold HR policies and procedures
    • Multi task, work to tight deadlines, excellent time management skills
    • Demonstrate a flexible, ‘can do’, attitude towards all types of work
    • Lots of energy and initiative, as well as a helpful, proactive, positive outlook
    • Computer literacy and advanced MS Office
    • A commitment to Equality and Diversity issues in all activities
    • Attention to detail with strong oral and written communication abilities
    • The ability to interact professionally with diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts
    • Self starter and motivated and flexibility in hours and work practices
    • Application of strict confidentiality
    • 2-3yrs previous experience in a similar HR role in a fast-paced service environment is preferred
    • Experience of booking couriers, international travel, flights, transportation, hotels on a regular basis
    • Experience managing HR administrative systems 
    • Experience defining HR policies and procedures
