SEO Copywriter at SMD Technologies

We are currently on the lookout for a Mid SEO Copywriter to assist with taking our online content to the next level.

In this role, we will ask you to:

Create SEO-driven content for a variety of platforms including, but not limited to:

• Website content writing, including product write ups, FAQs, T’s & C’s and meta descriptions
• Email Campaign Content - Both informative and sales driven emails
• Overseeing and improving content for social media across various brands
• Blogging for the purpose for creating backlinks and entertaining content
• Developing LinkedIn articles
• Native articles
• Assisting with the improving of online product listings to boost organic search results
• Creating content that builds trust and authority, generates leads and increases customer retention!
• Some script writing for voice over work.
• You will be expected to problem solve and be self-starting.
• You will need to be mature enough to self-monitor times, check your own work and maintain consistency and tone.
• You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts.

Requirements / Must have: 

• Proven track record of SEO writing, with a portfolio of work.
• Strong writing ability across various topics.
• Proven SEO Knowledge with proven certification in fields of SEO and Content Writing.
• Solid understanding of Adwords and Keyword Research
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to research and ask questions
• Solid understanding of Mailchimp, Social Media, Wordpress and HTML Formatting.
