Service Centre Officer at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support the HR service delivery model as part of HR Shared Services in delivering HR related transactional and administrative tasks to employees, line managers and the HR community through the use of self-help, ticketing, telephonic and technology resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Provide Tier 1 human resource support to AskHR clients within stipulated service level agreements
• Optimise the service delivery of the Service Centre

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Grade 12 with experience OR Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management

Desired

• Relevant tertiary qualification (higher certificate, diploma or degree) in human resources management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 1 years work experience in an HR related role

Required Job Skills And Knowledge

• Knowledge and understanding of the General HR Policies with a focus on certain remuneration, payroll and benefits policies, processes and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general/database/payroll system knowledge
