Service Consultant - Fixed Term Contract (PE&JHB) at Discovery Limited

Education and Experience 

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• A tertiary qualification (preferably a degree or diploma), or in the process of completing a tertiary qualification.
• Minimum of 1 years’ worth of call centre experience with a strong focus on sales on retentions
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• MS Office skills
• FAIS accreditation highly advantageous
