    Service Designer

    Superside is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Service Designer to work in world-class Strategy & Services team. You will be part of shaping Superside’s growth strategy, help define Superside’s offering and services to customers, and realize big, bold opportunities at Superside to make Superside a truly innovative trailblazer in the world of design and creative development.

    What You'll Do

    Work as part of high-impact cross-functional teams of typically 2-3 people where you will:

    • Shape and drive strategic innovation projects end-to-end - from initial discovery to implementation and operational rollout of final solutions
    • Help define and refine Superside’s portfolio of services and offering to customers
    • Assess emerging business opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the curve
    • Bring new innovative ideas to the table to drive world-class customer experience and retention
    • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and teams at Superside to deliver on strategic targets
    • Work closely with relevant Superside teams to implement new processes and operational improvements to deliver on strategic projects
    • As a service designer you will also:
    • Drive the design thinking process from insights to ideas to final concepts - balancing customer and business impact
    • Define and implement design criteria for solutions and new concepts
    • Apply user-centered design methodologies and own end-to-end user research process - from preparation to execution and synthesis of insights
    • Design artifacts to synthesize insights and support decision making, e.g. customer journey mapping, service blueprints and personas
    • Prepare and facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders to ideate and prioritize concepts
    • Design prototypes, visualize and mockup (e.g. UI/UX) to bring concepts to life
    • Design and manage strategic assets to help Superside drive innovation at scale
    • Report to the Strategy & Services Manager and work closely with every department at Superside to deliver business growth

    What You'll Need To Succeed

    • 3-5 years of working experience in product and/or service design,
    • Eagerness to break new ground, drive progress with “sense of urgency” and proactiveness,
    • Excellent time management skills and structured way of working - with intrinsic self-motivation to work in a remote environment,
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, incl. ability to present and collaborate effectively on high-complexity topics with stakeholders across all levels,
    • Own key workstreams and deliverables in high-performing cross-functional teams
    • Apply relevant methodologies for user research, usability testing, A/B testing - from preparation to execution to synthesis of insights,
    • Visual design skills and prototyping experience with expertise in using Figma,
    • Experience in leading design thinking processes - incl. preparing and facilitating effective workshops with cross-functional teams, designing relevant artifacts and high-quality content to communicate ideas and insights to various audiences, using digital whiteboard tools such as FigJam and Miro,
    • Proactive “self-learning” mindset and positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things,
    • Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to details,
    • Be customer-obsessed, have genuine interest in designing distinctive user experiences, developing world-class services and products, realizing bold ideas and innovative strategies,
    • Updated knowledge of creative industries, marketing and media, and product trends.
