    Service Desk Analyst - Gauteng

    DESCRIPTION

    To provide technical assistance (system and network requests) to team members and clients. 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • National Diploma majoring in Computer Sciences, Informatics, Information Technology or any other IT related qualification. Bachelors Degree/NQF level 7 (Advantageous)
    • 2 – 4 years’ technical support experience within a Microsoft  environment. Experience in service delivery environment within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment across a range of services including managed and support services (Advantageous)
