Required Skills And Capabilities

• Managerial skills, motivation and management of staff.
• 5-year technical experience on Epiroc machines
• Solid Technical knowledge of Epiroc Drilling Solutions products and their applications.
• Effective planning and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Computer Literate
• Good communicator, and able to lead and motivate a team of people.
• Good customer relations.
• Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers and to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code.

Educational Qualification

• Grade 12 and they must have a trade qualification
• Safety of Epiroc employees
• Sound Business Management and People Management Skills
• Deliver high machine availability
• Monthly reporting
• Report any issues to the Epiroc TSM EDS within 24 hours.
