• Settling drivers balances - Settle drivers balances
• Order entry - Record customers’ orders into the company's order handling system, resulting in a    sales order.
• Filing- File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find
• Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems
• Driver queries- Addressing issues raised by drivers, whether they relate to the route issues,   payment, administrative concerns, and or vehicle-related problems.
• Drawing up of Sales Reports-Preparing reports on settlement activities, providing updates on transaction status.
