Description

• Ability to manage construction contracts effectively and efficiently.
• Understanding of Labour and the effective management of people in a construction environment.
• Achieve or exceed site financial targets
• Ensure adherence and implementation of policies, procedures, statutory laws, and regulations.
• Set a high standard on the site to meet and exceed client satisfaction
• Continuously monitor, analyses and evaluate operational performance, processes, and resources to enhance production efficiencies
• Ensure accurate site reports (Financials / Project tender / Production Analysis)

Requirements

• BSc Degree or relevant Qualification in Civil Engineering
• Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP
• Minimum 7 – 10 years working experience in a similar role
• Excellent negotiating, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in relation to job.
