Site HR & Ops Senior Supervisor - Tulbagh at Impact

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site HR & Ops Senior Supervisor with experience in the Agriculture industry to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR and operational activities at our site, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and promoting a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all site employees
• Handle employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution of conflicts
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards
• Manage benefit programs and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Coordinate with department managers on staffing needs and workforce planning
• Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Stay current on HR and operational best practices and recommend improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR and operations management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in Agriculture (Blue Berrie farming

• HR & IR experience
• Advanced People and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of the area and surrounding (where to source candidates from and other farms where employees can work in "off season")
